In the bosom of the Forum Olivícola Nacional the minister of Production threw Expolivo 2007. Chancery announced that in November the revenue of Argentina will be treated to the Council Oleícola Internacional (COI). 

The minister of Production and Development, Luis Mazzoni informed this Tuesday of a new meeting of the Forum Olivícola Nacional that took place in her sedate of the Federal Council of Investments (CFI). To the meeting civil servants of the provinces met with production of olive tree, as Catamarca, La Rioja, San Juan, Mendoza and Cordova, between others and representatives of the Secretariat of Agriculture, Ranching Fishing and Food of the Nation (SAGPyA), of Chancery, of the INTI and of the CFI.

Between some of the treated topics, there was Expolivo's presentation 2007, the revenue of Argentina to the Council Oleícola Internacional (COI), the Strategic Plan Olivícola Nacional and others referred to tax questions.

 On the controversial revenue of Argentina to the COI, Mazzoni commented that people of Chancery announced that in next November this topic will be treated in the bosom of the annual meeting of the international organization, since from the sectors public and deprived of the provinces, the major possible speed was asked in the step. " It is indispensable that the country joins to the COI ", said the person in charge of Production when he proved to be an optimist in whom in 2007 Argentina could remain incorporated into the COI. In the annual meetings of the Council the new incorporations treat each other and since already several presentations were done, the documentation is in explanatory process in order that finally there is solved formally the revenue of our country. " The possibility that Argentina integrates the COI is firm and we have urged from the sectors publicly and privately in order that Chancery reaches successfully the step and is not expanded any more ".

On the Strategic Plan Olivícola, it informed that the provinces that adhere to the same one, are in the stage of accomplishment of technical works and that in case of Catamarca, the respective meeting will be realized on May 8. 
Also, in the tax topic, the Forum Olivícola treated the topics referred to the tax refund of refund of exports and there did to itself an interpretation of the classification of the olive respect of the VAT.

Expolivo 2007

In this scene, the minister Luis Mazzoni threw in Buenos Aires the edition 2007 of Expolivo that will take place between September 16 and 19 in Catamarca. As it needed, " there was a very good receipt of this advertisement in the bosom of the Forum Olivícola " since the representatives of the olive provinces compromised his assistance at par that offered to promote the event in his respective jurisdictions, making the invitation extensive to the different chambers linked to the sector. 

On the other hand, the provincial civil servant commented that the people of Chancery to promote Expolivo in the countries that the organizers are interested in counting between the assistants, both in the commercial aspect and in the productive one.

Likewise, the CFI will do the own thing and will begin to define close to the provinces, the topics that will be approached in the dissertations and also aspects related to the business rounds and commercial missions that will take place in Catamarca in Expolivo's frame.

This way also, there is the possibility of opening a contest of oils of olive in order that a panel of trying qualified could evaluate the best. Mazzoni proposed that this panel should be the existing one in Catamarca and that it is constituted in the main, for persons not clairvoyants and diminished visually.
